Economical low cost gloss enamel for the decoration and protection of interior/exterior surfaces where a high gloss finish is required. Recommended for plaster, wood and metal surfaces that have been correctly primed and undercoated.
Range of attractive colours. Extremely durable. Lead free.
GALVANISED IRON: Fabricators pre-treatment must be completely removed with Galvanised Iron Cleaner. Prime with WB Galvanised Iron Primer. NON-FERROUS METALS/PVC: Degrease and abrade lightly. Prime with Twin Pack Wash Primer. FERROUS METALS: Remove surface rust by wire brushing. Remove mill scale by sandblasting to SA2 followed by 1-2 coats Zinc Phosphate Primer, then Trade Undercoat. CEMENT: Surface must be completely dry before applying Trade Plaster Primer, then Trade Undercoat. WOOD: Prime with Trade Pink Wood Primer, then Trade Undercoat.
Loose flaking paint must be completely removed. All bare wood & metal surfaces to be coated in appropriate prime & undercoat. Gloss & Oil surfaces to be sanded and wiped with a damp cloth. Chalky surfaces must be thoroughly sanded before sealing with Trade Plaster Primer (interior) or Trade Bonding Liquid (exterior), then 1 coat Trade Undercoat. Kitchen walls without exception to be washed down with sugar soap.
Do not apply in cold and wet weather conditions.
Do not apply to unprimed surfaces.
Stir thoroughly with flat paddle before use. Ready for use by brush or mohair roller. Thinning not recommended. Thin with Enamel Thinners for spray application only. Clean up with Mineral Turps / Trade Degreaser.
