Specially formulated for the painting of bathroom ceilings.
Outstanding adhesion – will adhere to new and old alkyd enamels,
concrete/plaster, brick and difficult chalky surfaces. No problem with
drying. Will even dry at -20°C to 40°C. Excellent recoating – can be
recoated after 4 hours drying time and at any time during its life.
Outstanding durability. Resists moisture, alkali, industrial fumes, UV
light & microbiological attack. Fast drying allows use of bathroom after
4 hours of drying. Easy application by brush, roller or spray.
Formulated with PLIOLITETM resins from ELIOKEMTM.
Surface to be painted must be thoroughly clean, dry and free from all foreign contaminants. CONCRETE/CEMENT: Large cracks and blow holes must be filled in normal manner. Apply 1st coat diluted up to 25% with Mineral Turps. GYPSUM PLASTER/ FIBRE CEMENT: Thin 1st coat up to 25% with Mineral Turps. CHALKY PVA: Sand down all loose powder and remove all flaking paint. Thin 1st coat 10 – 25% with Mineral Turps depending on the severity of chalkiness. ENAMEL SURFACES: Very lightly rub with 320 grit paper to a matt finish and wipe down with a damp cloth. Apply Bathroom Ceiling Paint undiluted.
Not recommended for surfaces which exceed 60°C.
Stir thoroughly with flat paddle before use. Ready for use by brush, roller and airless spray. 2 – 3 coats required. Allow a minimum of 4 hours drying time between coats. Thin up to 25% when applying to porous and chalky surfaces.
