NAC moves to premises at Shortts Retreat, Mkondeni

However, the sawdust generated from their tenant’s manufacturing process proved problematic for the production of quality paints. To avoid cross-contamination of NAC products, they sold the factory and moved to 6 Shortts Retreat Road in Mkondeni, where they spent the next 15 years.
